Sarah Gregory is an employment lawyer and partner with Baker McKenzie. Sarah became the firm’s first dedicated Inclusion & Diversity Partner in 2014. Sarah oversees the delivery of the Firm’s Inclusion & Diversity strategy in London and has sought to ensure that change management programmes and office diversity objectives are championed at the most senior level within the firm, achieving tangible results. Since Sarah’s appointment into this role, Baker McKenzie has been hailed as a Stonewall Top Global Employer, social mobility champions and contextual recruitment pioneers. In 2017, the Firm were named as the Best UK Employer for Women in EuroMoney’s European Women in Business Law Awards, became a top 50 employer for Social Mobility. Sarah has been instrumental in embedding the Firm’s approach to agile working and has overseen a range of initiatives aimed at improving the representation of women in leadership roles.
